St Lucia Caribbean Island Opens Second MoveStrong Outdoor Fitness Park With More Expansion Coming

The National Insurance Corporation (NIC) proudly opened an outdoor fitness station at Pigeon Point in honor of esteemed St. Lucian long-distance runner, Anthony “Tony” Fessal. This new Fitness Park reflects the NIC’s commitment to combating chronic non-communicable diseases in Saint Lucia. Featuring a range of engaging equipment—such as Balance Steps, Elevate Trainers, and Battle Ropes—the FitGround Stations promote a healthier, more active lifestyle. The grand opening ceremony brought locals together to test the new equipment, showcasing community enthusiasm for this initiative. Join us as we embrace a healthier future with “St. Lucia Moves”!

MoveStrong Training Event & Ribbon Cutting at The LINC

After two years of planning and installing, the new outdoor fitness court at The Linc in Jefferson City was officially opened with a ribbon cutting and training event on Thursday. Despite the hot temperatures, locals and students of Licoln University came out to learn about the various uses of the new equipment and were able to try them out in a Movestrong led group workout.

MoveStrong X Quest Swimming

An open piece of land and the vision of fun workouts for athletes to maximize their performance were the starting point of a partnership between MoveStrong and Quest Swimming in Virginia. The new training site combines our brand new traveling rings plus a complete functional fitness zone to strengthen the muscles, combat restlessness and keep the body moving.
