The National Insurance Corporation (NIC) proudly opened an outdoor fitness station at Pigeon Point in honor of esteemed St. Lucian long-distance runner, Anthony “Tony” Fessal. This new Fitness Park reflects the NIC’s commitment to combating chronic non-communicable diseases in Saint Lucia. Featuring a range of engaging equipment—such as Balance Steps, Elevate Trainers, and Battle Ropes—the FitGround Stations promote a healthier, more active lifestyle. Residents of Promotory Apartments will soon be able to enjoy the Colorado sunshine, while performing variety of workouts and physical challenges at their brand new outdoor training facility: a combination of MoveStrong’s popular FiGround, T-Rex and Obstacle Course equipment allow for numerous bodyweight exercises and functional fitness training for athletes of all levels, ages and goals.
