St Lucia Caribbean Island Opens Second MoveStrong Outdoor Fitness Park With More Expansion Coming

The National Insurance Corporation (NIC) proudly opened an outdoor fitness station at Pigeon Point in honor of esteemed St. Lucian long-distance runner, Anthony “Tony” Fessal. This new Fitness Park reflects the NIC’s commitment to combating chronic non-communicable diseases in Saint Lucia. Featuring a range of engaging equipment—such as Balance Steps, Elevate Trainers, and Battle Ropes—the FitGround Stations promote a healthier, more active lifestyle. Quest Swimming Makes Waves as the First-Ever MoveStrong Grant Recipient!

Quest Swimming, Virginia’s elite swim training facility, has been awarded the first MoveStrong Sponsored Site. This exciting partnership opened a state-of-the-art outdoor functional fitness site for Quest Swimming, designed to support athletes of all ages and abilities with fun and challenging exercises.

Paradise Coast Sports Complex Opens Outdoor Fitness Park

MoveStrong Functional Fitness is proud to be a part of the initial Collier County planning stages, design, and installation of all fitness equipment and surfacing amenities offered at the new Paradise Coast Sports Complex. A massive new sports and entertainment venue that will bring national recognition to Naples Florida.

MoveStrong FitGround and Obstacle Course for Fontana Unified School District and Community

We recently launched an outstanding multi-faceted outdoor fitness and obstacle course training area by converting four unused tennis courts for Fontana High School and Law Enforcement. The MoveStrong outdoor design and setup included many of our well loved legacy favorites like the T-Rex Functional Training Station as well as several new stars like the Functional Staircase and Ramp. Upon completion of MoveStrong products we outfitted the training area with, we provided a group functional training introduction with students, faculty, ROTC, and law enforcement officials.

Ole Miss FitGround Launch With Staff Training And Workouts

The University Of Mississippi - Ole Miss staff, students, and local Fire Dept. turned out for the MoveStrong In-service training and workouts to help launch the new dedicated outdoor functional fitness area on campus!

A review of all MoveStrong FitGround pieces and demonstration of exercises, progression, and regressions were covered in order to scale exercises for all fitness levels. Followed by a group workout led by Ole Miss Recreation staff performed to get aquatinted with programing ideas for all MoveStrong products. Ole Miss Rec group training classes to begin soon and open to all students and faculty.
