  • MoveStrong’s Omni Bar Station is a step up from your traditional ground pivot device, a.k.a Landline, that requires use with a seperate traditional Olympic bar. Omni Bar Station features the adjustable height omni-directional pivot base with a connected modular training bar for custom attachments including olympic plate holders, resistance band anchors, a V-handle, Rotation handles, Step-down handle, and Squat pad for an unlimited amount of functional and dynamic resistance strength training exercises

  • Training & Storage:
    In addition to the modular Omni bar with versatile training features and custom attachments, the Omni Bar Station includes storage space for weight plates and accessories that are not in use.

    Bar Racking:
    Start and end exercies wih the Omni Bar racked at shoulder height. Unlike a traditional Landmine set-up which requires starting and ending bar on/off ground. Like a squat rack, the Omni bar is racked at a shoulder height, the Omni Station adjustable J-hook is self-leveling at a selectable height making it ideal for the user and exercise being performed.

    Omni Pivot Adjustable Base:
    Selectable heights for the Omni Pivot Base provide versatility in exercises while providing a different loading feel to each movement. The Omni Pivot is "bearing isolated in two axis" unlike most Landmine pivots that use a "steel-on-steel" design with a bolt-in bracket as the pivot joint. This means a fluid unrestricted movement at any speed of dynamic exercise.

    Dedicate Training Space:
    A specially designed Training Mat for floor protection and with graphics to dedicate the training space while providing user feedback for foot positioning.

    Instructional:
    A instructional placard with a QR code for access to a training video library and a phone/tablet stand for a well-rounded workout experience

  • Yes. Our Omni Bar Station is not only a great stand-alone piece of equipment, the Omni Bar can also be used seperaiely or integrated with other features of our product lines. Installation options include direct wall attachment, MoveStrong Stall Bar feature, and integration in Nova Functioral Training Station models.

Wall Attachment

While the Omni Bar Station is a great stand-alone piece, the Omni Bar and Omni Pivot can also be attached directly to a wall for a space-efficient solution.

Stall Bar Attachment

Stall Bars allow for various attachments increasing training versatility, including the Omni Bar. It can be attached to either side of the stall bar without the need for additional support.

Nova FTS Attachment

Our Nova training stations are ideal to attach an omni bar. Attach it to one of the posts of an arch bridge, a free standing model or a wall-mounted version.
