MoveStrong’s Functional Fitness Training Zones are preset designs, that transform your outdoor space into the ultimate workout site. Our new 80x60 layout is a great mid-size option, featuring our most popular FitGround and T-Rex equipment on different colored turf, utilizing all available floor space.
The centerpiece of this layout s a 6-Post Elite T-Rex station, designed for group workouts with up to 10 athletes.
The T-Rex is surrounded by various FitGround stations, including a battle rope post, plyo steps, push up bars, a tire flip station, parallel bars, over under bars, stall bars, balance beam ground rotational trainer and back extension station.
Turf graphics are added in multiple locations throughout the training zone, providing an agility compass, plank zone and additional training options for the T-Rex station.
While the core area of the training zone focuses on strength, power, endurance and stretching, a different colored bordering zone with agility dots, an agility ladder and a drive sled station allows for agility and conditioning training.
