Your All-In-One Upper Body Feature: MoveStrong Monkey Bar Bridge

The MoveStrong Monkey Bar is the centerpiece of our T-Rex Functional Training station.

It allows to climb forward, backward or lateral to challenge upper body strength, grip strength, core activation, coordination and endurance.

Additional Sections

The length of the monkey bar can be adjusted to your space by adding additional sections as needed. Other various features can be added to create an optimum workout experience.

 

Lower Rails

The standard equipment for our Monkey Bar Bridge includes lower rails on both long sides.

 

pull-Up Bars

Other optional features include side-rail pull up bars - a space-efficient design making a great addition for a variety of grip options in any upper body workout, or extended pull up bars, that can be added to the top location on a stall bar or to one end of a horizontal bridge, giving an extended option for pull-ups and hanging exercises as well as adding accessory like the Elevate Trainer for suspension exercises.

 

Cliff Hanger

To add even more variation, MoveStrong offers two styles of cliff hanger grips for finger and grip strength.Different heights for mounting the grips on the plates also create a big challenge in upper body strength. Mimic the ninja warrior style cliff hanger obstacle in your backyard, gym, or park with the T-Rex FTS. 

GLOBE GRIPS

The Side Rail Globe Grips are excellent for improving grip strength during pull-ups, hangs, and climbs. You can use the globes or switch to using the shaft for a neutral bar grip.
