Windy City Ninjas Elmhurst just opened last month and ready for both youth and adults to experience some new and fun ways to get moving strong and training like a ninja!ππͺπ

The MoveStrong NovaXL was chosen just like the previous two designed for the first location and customized with special NinjaStrong training features like The Revolver Pull-up, Globe Rail for Ring Toss, Cliff Hanger, Climbing ropes, and with the arch monkey bar bridge to accommodate traveling rings and cannonball alley!πππ
And custom colors to match the theme throughout the gym!
The popularity of Youth and Adapt training that mimics the challenges seen on the American Ninja Warrior TV show is growing. More gym owners are starting to open new facilities and areas dedicated to this style of fitness that creates a fun challenge for young and old!
