Built for Progression: Introducing Gravity Indoor Calisthenics Training Systems
Calisthenics is having a moment. Across the country, people meet up, train together, and build strength using some of the most fundamental movements in fitness. As this movement continues to grow, more gyms, training facilities, schools, and campus fitness centers are making room for bodyweight training. That’s where Gravity Indoor comes in, giving these spaces a purpose-built way to bring calisthenics indoors.
The Line-up
The lineup includes Overhead Ladders, Upright Ladders, High Bars, Low Parallel Bars, Low Bars, Parallel Bars, Rings Stations, Progression Bars, Traverse Ladders, and Skill Ladders. Each station adds different movement possibilities, while the collection as a whole creates a space where athletes can build strength, control, coordination, and confidence. Users can work on everything from assisted pulls, rows, and basic bodyweight movements to pull-ups, dips, hanging exercises, traverses, ring training, and more advanced calisthenics skills. The different bar heights and stations also make it easy to create progressions, so someone can start with a foundational movement and gradually work toward more challenging exercises as their strength and control improve.
Custom Design & Layout For Your Space and Training Needs
Gravity Indoor brings bodyweight training into a dedicated training environment, giving facilities a way to create a calisthenics area that works with their available space, programming, and members. Instead of relying on a single pull-up bar, the system brings together a variety of stations that support everything from foundational movements to more advanced skills.
And because no two facilities have exactly the same space or training needs, Gravity Indoor is designed to be flexible. Stations can be selected individually or combined into a larger training area. We can also work with facilities on layout planning, customization, colors, and branding to create a calisthenics space that feels like it belongs in the facility.
Whether it becomes a dedicated training zone, part of a larger functional fitness area, or a space for coached group sessions, Gravity Indoor gives facilities another way to bring people together around movement.
Gravity is about getting back to the fundamentals and giving people room to build real strength through movement. Explore the full Gravity Indoor lineup to see the individual stations and start planning a calisthenics training area for your space.
