Gravity Calisthenics Systems

Calisthenics brings strength training back to the fundamentals: using your own bodyweight to build strength, control, coordination, and movement skills. What started as a growing movement in public-access parks has quickly found its way into gyms, training facilities, schools, and campus recreation centers across the country. Gravity Indoor gives you a way to bring that training into your facility.

Designed as a flexible system of bars, ladders, rings, and progression stations, Gravity Indoor can be built around your available space and the way your members train. Create a dedicated calisthenics zone, add a few stations to an existing functional training area, or build a larger training environment designed for coached sessions and independent workouts.

Built Around Progression

Calisthenics is not just about advanced skills. It is about progression.

Gravity Indoor gives beginners a place to start and experienced athletes a place to keep progressing. Foundational pulling, pushing, hanging, traversing, and bodyweight movements can build toward more advanced skills as strength and developing confidence. The variety of stations also makes the system useful for group training. Coaches can build sessions around different stations and movement patterns, while individual users can work at their own level within the same space.

The indoor Gravity Collection

Gravity Indoor brings together a range of stations so facilities can create a training area that goes far beyond a traditional pull-up bar.

Pull & Climb

Build pulling strength, grip, coordination, and body control through a range of hanging, climbing, traversing, and pulling movements.

high bars

High Bars create space for pull-ups, hanging movements, transitions, and more advanced bodyweight skills. They provide a familiar foundation for calisthenics while giving experienced athletes room to progress.

Also available: Low Bars
Low Bars provide an accessible way to introduce bodyweight pulling and horizontal movement. They are especially useful for rows, assisted movements, and building strength toward more demanding pulling exercises.

traverse ladder

The Traverse Ladder adds climbing and lateral movement to the training environment. It challenges grip, coordination, upper-body strength, and body control while creating an engaging way to move through space.

Push & Support

Develop pressing strength, stability, and control with stations designed for foundational and advanced bodyweight movements.

Low Parallel bars

Low Parallel Bars bring pressing, support, balance, and progression work closer to the ground. They are useful for foundational exercises as well as developing the control needed for more advanced skills.

parallel bars

Parallel Bars are built for bodyweight strength and control, supporting movements such as dips, support holds, transitions, and other pushing exercises.

rings station

The Rings Station adds instability and freedom of movement to bodyweight training. Ring rows, holds, dips, pull-ups, and other exercises challenge strength, stability, and control while giving athletes plenty of room to progress.

Skill & Progression

Build pulling strength, grip, coordination, and body control through a range of hanging, climbing, traversing, and pulling movements. Give athletes the tools to learn new movements, develop control, and progress from foundational exercises toward more advanced calisthenics skills.

Skill ladder

The Skill Ladder is designed around movement progression, giving athletes a versatile station for developing bodyweight skills, coordination, balance, and control. It can be used for foundational exercises or incorporated into more advanced training.

progression bars

Progression Bars give athletes a way to work through different levels of bodyweight training in one station. They are ideal for developing pulling, pressing, and transition skills while providing options for both beginners and experienced users.
