Functional Fitness for Everyone

Target different aspects of health and fitness with the brand new MoveStrong Outdoor Functional Training Zones

As it’s getting nice and warm outside, most people like to enjoy the sun and great weather, instead of sweating in an indoor gym. Move Strong’s outdoor product line is the perfect solution for everyone who wants to stay fit and strong during the summer. Rec centers, parks, and schools all over the country are seeing the benefits of offering functional fitness courses to residents or students.

The LINC, a local gym in Jefferson City, MO has just extended its offer by an all-encompassing design that provides the ideal environment for a complete strength and conditioning workout. A brand-new MoveStong Outdoor Functional Fitness Zone will be available to locals this summer.

Designed for full-body workouts for teenagers and adults, all exercises focus on real-life movements. Using primarily body weight and resistance in combination with free-form moving tools, users develop the necessary movement skills, strength, stability, and balance to complete everyday body functions.

The MoveStrong Outdoor Functional Training Zone divides the area into sections targeting different fitness aspects, whether a user wants to improve strength and power, build endurance, work on coordination and balance or just stretch those muscles.

Each zone incorporates proven FitGround equipment and specialty surfacing for comfort, instruction and diversity while working out. Training graphics and placards with QR codes allow for self-guided mobile training, that can be adjusted to any fitness level.
