Working in the army requires a serious level of fitness. The approach to physical training coincides with the tactical requirements of a soldier. Each role within the army has various physical demands and everyone who wants to be a part of the team needs to maintain a high level of strength and endurance to fulfill their job. 

Every step, every move can lead to success or failure. The key is preparation. MoveStrong is a proud outfitter of over 25 military-related and law enforcement installations throughout the country, including Ft Polk Army Base with over 100 installed Tactical Pull-Up stations, making it the largest one.

Helping to improve the overall fitness of military members and being a part of their training station is very rewarding for MoveStrong. When planning outdoor fitness equipment for Fort Bragg in North Carolina, the focus was on equipment improving upper body strength and endurance. Due to the numerous available choices to achieve this goal, the decision was made for MoveStrong’s T-Rex system. Fort Bragg decided to install our Tactical Pull Up Station, which is everything but an ordinary pull-up station. It’s designed with varied height pull-up bars and size to accommodate the Knee-Tuck exercise performed in the Army Combat Fitness Test. The Pull-up Station was built to the specifications of the Army. Additional step up bars allow users to reach the bars more easily and maximize the bodyweight training and stretching possibilities.

Eight parallel bars and six 20’ feet tall rope climb stations have also been added to the training center of one of the largest military installations in the world. They allow solders to develop true functional strength building the back, lats, arms, grip, and shoulders. MoveStrong created tools improve functional fitness and develop true strength using the basics of bodyweight resistance. Highly realistic, joint arms training helps improve unit readiness. Each of the over 54,000 military personnel can incorporate a variety of pulling exercises into their training routine; improving mobility, balance, agility, and strength, in a group or individual training to become the fittest version of themselves – for any upcoming mission.
