YMCA Builds Dedicated Room For Ninja Warrior Training With MoveStrong

Now young and old have a place to get strong in a new manner that creates competition and confidence in taking on Ninja Warrior inspired obstacles like the MoveStrong #NovaXL with cannonball alley, tiered monkey bars, cargo net, ring toss and more!
