Perform Better recently hosted the 3-Day Functional Training Summit in Providence, RI. Another great turn out of fitness professionals, trainers, coaches, and therapist took part in the event to learn and partake in hands-on lectures. 2017 Perform Better Functional Training Summit was held in Providence, RI for over a thousand fitness professionals, trainers, coaches, and therapist to take part in educational workshops and hands-on presentations. MoveStrong was present to demonstrate and work with attendees to try out what's new in functional fitness!
