South Carolina College of Military adds MoveStrong FitGround
The souths premier military school, The Citadel, creates a dedicated outdoor space for MoveStrong functional fitness training. Available for all student and staff at the university for individual, class, team, and group workouts. The Physical Education department and recreation staff made efforts to get the new outdoor exercise space and equipment approved for the campus amenity. It will be used by the Physical Education and Exercise Science department as well as athletes and the strength and conditioning team coaches.
