Back in 2014, we have released the original open back functional trap bar, establishing a new design that since then inspired many manufactures. Now, 10 years later, we have once again pushed forward to further improve our products and incorporate your feedback into a new, re-designed version that will set trends for others to follow. Our new trap bar design offers new ways to diversify equipment for a wide range of functional strength training exercises, including unilateral exercises, carries, and dynamic movements whether lifting, squatting, lunging, pressing, or jumping.

  To accomodate user height even better, the hinging handles collapse inwards. Avoid the needs for youth and shorter arm spans to over-extend the reach for handles while allowing arms to maintain a better position closer to your side during exercises.
