MoveStrong offers group functional training introduction for students, faculty, ROTC, and law enforcement officials and more with our Outdoor Functional Training and Obstacle Course Training. Our training provides information for everything from to the introduction to basic exercises with MoveStrong products to safety, programming, and creative ways to engage users.
