Four individual MoveStrong Outdoor Fitness areas have been created at Four Season Resort Peninsula Papagayo as part of a wellness path that surrounds the beautiful coastal property. Each MoveStrong training area spaced out along the path to provide exercising options in different areas for your community members and guest of the resort. Each fitness area consist of a customized MoveStrong T-Rex Outdoor Functional Training Station that provides multiple exercise options in one station so users can get fit together. Training features on each station include adjustable Steps, Dip, and Ab benches, along with pull-up bars, monkey bars, rings and more options for using fitness tools like resistance bands, medicine balls, and battle ropes! Shaded areas provide a place for exercise, yoga, and relaxing after your workout.
MoveStrong will conduct an Outdoor Functional Fitness Training Workshop for staff and guest of Peninsula Papagayo. An introduction to MoveStrong philosophy on functional fitness exercise and hands-on demonstartion.
Staff will take part in hands-on training:
• Make the most of MoveStrong products for bodyweight exercises and Functional Fitness Training.
•Importance of functional fitness as applied to all ages and ability levels
• Exercise technique and creative ideas to build functional strength and whole body stability
• Utilizing MoveStrong products, how to regress and
progress exercises for all users
• MoveStrong accessory training tools and other equipment to incorporate in workouts
• Programming ideas for group and personal training
• Launching MoveStrong products and philosophy of exercise to others
• MoveStrong resources for continued education
