New Fitness Franchise Launches Outdoor Training Gym Space
New Fitness Franchise takes their workouts outside! Fitness 1440 of Gilbert, AZ is the newest franchisor’s corporate location. Ownership wanted to offer something completely different in the Phoenix area with a dedicated outdoor fitness space to expand its unique offerings to members upon opening the newest location.
Fitness 1440 is a 24-hour member access facility and so is the MoveStrong FitGround outdoor training area! The upscale and cutting edge indoor facilities is now matched with the best in outdoor fitness with motivation of members and staff working together in an outdoor gym environment! Sunshine, fresh air, and room to exercise the way the body was intended with many styles of fitness for all ability levels. MoveStrong worked closely with the fitness franchisor to make the best use of outdoor space located next to the gym in a retail shopping center. The outdoor gym design and layout incorporates the best in functional fitness, strength training, and group training for members, personal training staff, and class offerings. MoveStrong outdoor FitGround design featured open space for agility, running, and movement based functional fitness exercising with a dedicated track area using multi-color artificial turf designed with lanes, agility ladders, and dot agility patterns. The track turf area serves well for group exercise training classes, drive sled push and pulls, sports performance training, dynamic warm-ups, conditioning, tire flips, and the new outdoor MoveStrong Elite Battle Rope stations.
The Functional Strength and Calisthenics area consist of the 12-post MoveStrong T-Rex FTS, a multi-functional fitness station with many training features for accommodating all user and fitness levels while perfect for group bootcamp and class workouts. The MoveStrong T-Rex allows users to perform exercises that carry over to Obstacle Course Race training, Ninjawarrior training, Functional training, and for the bodyweight exercise enthusiast and athlete looking to build strength, stability and endurance in a fun way!
A dedicated area for traditional free-weight strength training including the MoveStrong Elite Squat stands specially weather treated for long term outdoor gym use.
The MoveStrong FitGround is a collaboration of outdoor fitness prodcuts designed specifically to weather all outdoor conditions year round for the best in Functional Fitness, Calisthenics, Obstacle Course, Ninja Warrior, and traditional strength & conditioning workouts.
MoveStrong coordinated the design, delivery, and installation of all surfacing and outdoor fitness equipment for Fitness 1440. Including special treated dumbbells, kettlebells, and olympic barbells to maintain durability in the rain and heat of Arizona weather conditions.
