Fitness professionals, coaches, and therapist gathered at a recent 3-Day Perform Better Functional Training Summit to attend hands-on workshops and lectures to gain continuing education. MoveStrong products were on display and had a chance to get feedback from a veteran in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and bootcamp fitness studio owner.
