Air Planking on the MoveStrong FTS

Perform scaled variations of the Human Flag exercise, or as we like to call it at MoveStrong, Air Planking. We have designed a set of adjustable handles to attach on the MoveStrong FTS Club model that provides additional leverage to support yourself in a side plank horizontal position. Kick-up air planks, bent knee air planks, and straight leg air planks are a challenging and fun way to perform gradual isometric holds that build stability and rock solid core strength.
