The MoveStrong T-Rex Fitness Station™ is specifically designed to weather tough outdoor conditions and allow for year around functional fitness and bodyweight exercising for adults.
Customize with the exercise options desired to create your own station to accommodate different users’ fitness and skill levels. Ideal for fitness bootcamps, group training classes, schools, parks, military, or just a cool backyard adult fitness jungle gym!
Key Features:
- Choose from five different posts to create desired stations
- Connect as many T-Rex stations with a monkey bar bridge to create desired over all size
- While designed for outdoor use, it can be easily modified for indoor hard surface anchoring
- All posts have top anchor points for resistance bands, suspension trainers, or other fitness devices
- Round post ideal for training rope exercises such as battle rope waves and wrap-around rope pulls
- Dip, step-up, and ab board allows for a 15” adjustable height. Bolt-in installed to prevent removal.
- Add top post training features such as medicine ball targets and Y-extender for use with gymnastic rings or climbing ropes
- Standard pull-up bar or ergo bent handle grip bar options
